Jack is a life long resident of Long Island. After high school he attended Rider University and received a bachelor’s degree in political science. He then attended Hofstra University Deane School of Law. While attending law school, he interned for a prominent State Supreme Court Justice as well as the Suffolk District Attorney’s Office. After his schooling was completed he was appointed to the position of Assistant District Attorney where he successfully prosecuted thousands of cases. He has prosecuted crimes of the highest level of offense and gained experience that translated to his practice today. He ended his career as a prosecutor assigned to the Child Abuse and Domestic Violence bureau where he handled a wide variety of felonies committed against children and against persons with familial relationships.
After finishing his career as a prosecutor, Jack practiced for a prominent litigation firm in Garden City, NY. There, Jack honed his skills as a civil litigator, practicing in all the major jurisdictions in the New York City metropolitan area. He was assigned a wide variety of civil actions ranging from commercial actions to personal injury cases. He gained important civil discovery, motion practice and trial experience.
Jack is admitted to practice law in the State Courts of New York as well as the Federal Courts in the Eastern District of New York.
